What is Fighting Fit and how are we different?

Fighting Fit is a health and fitness club in Dundalk, Co. Louth who are dedicated to our clients and their results. Whether it's fat loss, improving fitness, or a shift in mindset, Fighting Fit strives to help all of our clients achieve their goals, big and small.

Our coaching team in Dundalk, Co. Louth are 100% committed to the success of our clients!  Each one of our workouts are facilitated by a qualified coach, ensuring that you never miss a workout again! We give our clients access to over 45 small group personal training sessions per week, from 6am-8:15pm. Our timetable was specifically chosen with our client's busy schedule in mind. All of our “HIIT and Lift” sessions are just 30 minutes long and very intense! This evidence based method we endorse gives twice the results of strength, conditioning and fat loss in half the time that other typical gyms do.

Fighting Fit, Dundalk's leading Gym and Personal Training Studio offers a complete meal plan and recipe book for each of our members, dietary advice at every session, an initial body diagnostic and goal setting upon starting their 12 week membership with us.

Our members avail of weekly weigh-ins at our studio in Blackthorn Business Park, Dundalk to monitor progress as well as tracking their progress through visual aids such as regular photos along their 12 week programme. Fighting Fit is more than a gym, it is a community. Each member knows they are always welcome and understand that this is a lifestyle and not a fad diet. Our clients know that if they want to be fit and healthy that the power lies completely with them and that they have to stick at it and work hard. Once you regress into your bad habits the results will fade.

The human body is an ever changing system. It needs to be finely tuned and worked at daily. We teach our clients that nobody is perfect and everyone will fall down, sometimes again and again. Learning that it's okay, we even expect it, as long as you get back up and that you have a team that will listen and give you advice and motivate you by setting new goals or highlighting your “WHY” is invaluable to succeeding and achieving.

At Fighting Fit we believe the sky is the limit and we are only limited by the limiting stories we tell ourselves. Mind, Body and Soul, if you neglect one they all suffer, finding balance in your life is key to achieving. Too much work and no play can be very stressful the same way as too much play with no work will lead to laziness and poor discipline.
