Before I joined coach Stephens training I started a diet programme. At that time my weight was 152 kg and I really needed to do something for my health. After losing weight initially through diet, I decided to tone my body and I was looking for something specific, not just a normal gym. The reason I didnt start before was because I would have hurt my back or knees with all that weight. I cannot say that I chose Fighting Fit... but that it chose me and I am proud of being part of it. I have gone from 36% body fat when I started with Stephen to 22% with alot of muscle gained.* However,the main result is that I have become a workout addict! After a very long time I finally enjoyed seeing myself in the mirror with all the healthy benefits that come along with a good diet and proper training. I have improved my self esteem and feel alot better and knowing that sometimes you can feel free to eat what you want because the day after you know you will be back on track. I didnt know Stephen before so when I joined him I thought "lets give him a try". The most important thing is that you dont have to expect anything from anyone but yourself. If you want something you have to go for it. I wanted something like this and I have been lucky in meeting Stephen. I have recommended Fighting Fit to many people and will keep recommending it as I said the way the classes are led is something you will never get bored with, and after you start seeing your results you will never want to stop, but again everything has to start from yourself. Having coach Stephen as my PT I have had the chance to know him not only as my trainer but also as a friend. Today in front everyone I call him my coach but inside I call him my brother, because during this last year of course I have had some tough moments but have been able to work them out thanks to his help and tips. I would rate Fighting FIt 30 out of 10. 20 for each kilo I have lost and 10 for the kilos I still have to lose. With coach Stephen I know I will do it.

After having 5 children, I was stuck in a rut, never leaving the house and I had a bit of depression. I joined Fighting Fit after my sister Megan and my daughter Kate convinced me. I didn't know what to expect but I was made feel very relaxed and comfortable and this helped me to overcome my fear of leaving the house and stepping out of my comfort zone. I actually enjoyed meeting other people.I found a big change in myself after losing all of the weight, I am a happier person, I feel fitter, have more energy and have more confidence in myself. I am out of the house now everyday, where before I wouldn't go anywhere unless I really had to.The training I get is excellent and I get great motivation at every class. I found that I have completely changed my lifestyle, I am eating healthier, getting fitter everyday and I am a lot more active with my children as well.I thought I would have left after a few days but I got addicted to the classes and I seen great results. I love going to the classes because they are fun, you have a good laugh with the other members and the classes are different each time you go, not like the gym which I found boring before.I would definitely recommend Fighting Fit because the trainers give you great motivation to keep going when you feel like giving up and the classes are great. I have had a great experience with Fighting Fit. I have really changed my life around for the better. I am a healthier fitter and happier person now. 10 out of 10

I saw a photo of myself from behind and realised I was kidding myself about how heavy and unfit I was. I chose Fighting Fit as I needed to lose weight and thought the timetable and fitness programme would suit. It was a big plus to have someone push you to reach the goal you have set for yourself, you feel like you are letting someone down if you don't follow through. I realised quickly how unfit I was, but there was a good programme in place suited to all levels. I initially didn't know what a burpee was, now I know, I f***ing hate them, cheers Stephen. I liked knowing that if I kept up Fighting Fit I will have a serious strong core. Serious training that pushes you to the max, you will still be sweating 3 hours after. Some of the main benefits of being a fighting fit member are the meal plan and online forum, the varied training timetable, and regular weigh ins to keep you accountable. I have recommended Fighting Fit to my family and friends and the biggest reason is with Fighting Fit pushing you , you will come away with a very strong core which makes pushing your fitness on so much easier.
